Today I Celebrate a Client Who…

This year, as a grief coach, I've witnessed the strength, resilience, and courage of countless people who have embraced their grief journey and emerged with their hearts filled with hope.

 

Today, at the end of this tumultuous and consequential year, I celebrate a client who... 

…can now forgive himself for things outside of his control.

…keeps her mother’s memory alive for her children by teaching them to bake from grandma’s recipes.

…has new tools for tending to their grief.

…knows her father would be proud.

…leads by example. Tending to her own grief gives permission to my CEO client’s team to tend to their own grief.

…entered a tough negotiation fully prepared and confident.

…has released his anger.

…has healed a very old wound.

…is learning to trust herself again.

…no longer catastrophizes.

…finally feels physically and emotionally safe.

…now remembers her beloved with more love than pain.

…allows herself to cry, no longer fearing she will never stop.

…feels less “stuck”in his grief.

…no longer dreads his father’s death anniversary.
